Few things compare to unresolved conflict within a church and the spiritual destruction that it can have on the lives of pastors and parishioners. For both, the conflict can be compared to a tornado twisting its way through their faith, leaving devastation and despair in its path - or a hurricane ripping through the very soul of the church, leaving it in spiritual ruin that requires starting all over again.
I have learned over my 20 years of experience that conflict is a very natural characteristic of life and ministry.
